When stability needs to be restored first

Not everyone arrives ready for a year-long framework. High responsibility, sustained cognitive load, disrupted recovery, or unresolved health interference can make immediate progression inefficient — and sometimes counterproductive.

In these circumstances, a short stabilisation phase may be recommended to restore capacity, reduce interference, and re-establish baseline function.

Equilibrium is a six-week stabilisation programme designed for this purpose.

It is not a substitute for the 7-E Framework, and it is not offered as a standalone entry point. Where appropriate, it is recommended following initial review.
